Chris, For tire size conversions, try going here: http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html Keep in mind, just because it is the same size in height, doesn't mean that the width won't cause issues. In a 16" tire, a 235/55 16 is about the same height as a 205/75 14 tire. But I bet the rear door won't open on that size!
