That is the stock tire size. If the rear tires are the same then you should be reading correctly on tach and speedo unless the auto is slipping on the 4th gear bands. Note I also just found the ratio for AT in top gear. The manual (4sp) is approx 18mph per k - 76mph at 4k (I might have said 19 first timeooops) The auto is approx 16mph per k 64 at 4k
