Yes, I agree, they are clearly not the same quality. but mine fit fine. It does have baffles, but there are not as substantial as the original tank. In fact, from what I've seen on my two original tanks, the OEM are *very* nicely made inside - the pickup screen area also looks better on OEM vs aftermarket. So if you're going to keep the van forever, the extra $$$ for oem might be worth it.
