Subject: How to install piston pin on #4 & #2 ?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi, I am putting a 1.9 engine back together, starting on the 3/4 side.

#3 cylinder and piston pin was quite easy to install, since I started the pin before placing the cylinder over the connecting rod then just tapped it in the rest of the way.

#4 seems like a bugger to line up since the pin cannot be partially installed before lowering the cylinder (it will hit the water jacket). Is there a trick to linking everything up?

I assume I'll have the same trouble with #2 when I do the other side tomorrow...
