I wholly agree.  When the most obvious is not attainable, when the simpleist
thing can not be gotten, frustration will set in.
I, for years, never used the archives for that simple reason that I could
not find it by the most obvious ways.
The web address that is given to me by a nice member, is not one that I
could make up on my own, of course.  So, I always had to clutter the mails
with my simple questions that has been discussed a thousand times.
Even now, I have to keep that email if I want to click on that web address.
Not the way we would want to get the archives by design.
