I cant see it from here, but yeah ,I think it does get tight in there.You may have to grip the stud with vice grips and turn it out.You'll probably destroy the stud that way.I think you can get a new one at Advance auto-you know , the red help cards everyone carries . Maybe you can twist it in some and get your clearance.I think my stud came out with the nut,and wasnt a problem.Stainless steel------Ohhhhhh ahhhhhhhh.Roger
