Here's the Seller's reply to the manufacturing question:

"A: I am not the one building these. It was a limited edition designed and built bya group of Westfalia enthusiasts in Argentina. The person in charge of the project is a friend of mine. I was part of the "design team". We still have the mold, but no immediate plans to make more. "

That comment is in the Q&A section of the auction.
