This is a OEM Volkswagen factory solar battery charger. These are used by VW in new cars to keep the batteries charged while the vehicles are shipped from the factory to the dealers. Plug the charger into the 12 volt cigarette lighter or accessory outlet and suction cup the panels to a window. Works in any vehicle that you can use the 12 volt outlet while the key is off. Perfect for storage of any vechile....VW part number is 1C0 915 687V, Measures 9.25" x 12.75" x 1" thick, Max. Power: 3.2w, Voltage @ Max Power: 18.8v, Current @ Max Power: 170mA...........This panel has been tested and works perfectly . . List price for a comparable charger is $199.......$25 buys this one.
