Subject: Re: catalytic converter failure question - Bentley Error
Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII

hi all,

In my previous email, I stated "the idle stabilizer on the oxygen sensor wasn't connected" when in fact, it was the actual oxygen sensor connector. On Bentley 24.53, in figure 24-175, this connector is mislabeled. I was referring to this diagram when diagnosing my problem. As it turns out, reconnecting the oxygen sensor was to blame for my catalytic converter failure. I replaced it along with the cat and all is well now...

thanks to everyone for all their help.

Alan
