You're missing a ground connection somewhere. Look above and to the left of the fuse box.

I have an 84 westy with some electrical voodoo going on. Perhaps someone has seen these symptoms or knows what I did? This is a test.

Here's some background:

Yesterday, headlights worked fine.

Today I replaced the speedo cable (took off the instrument cluster) and replaced the speaker wire in the drivers side door.

When I put it everything together the O2 light is stays on whenever the key is on....I assume I need to check the click counter thing the speedo cable plugs into near the spare tire...no biggee.

However, I have no headlights. If I turn on the headlight switch, the running lights come on and the high beam indicator is always on, even when I pull in the turn signal high beam switch.

The headlights never work, even if I pull in the high beam switch and the light switch is off.

Again, whenever the headlight switch is on, the blue high beam indicator is on but no headlights.

Lastly, the turn signals appear to work, but I hear the fast click like you do with a burnt out bulb.

Any ideas on what I did or didn't do or knocked loose? (I'm pretty sure I caused the problem)
