Salut Joel,

Frank Condelli, listmember (who is apparently on holidays) sells these hoses premade.

In any case, although I've never actually done this replacement job, my understanding is that the pressure hose is 11.5 ft and the return hose is 13 ft if you follow the cooling hoses.

If you find out the specifications for the hydraulic fittings, please let us know! It should not be too hard to figure out - just bring the old hose fittings to the hydraulic supply store. You can drive without the power steering hooked up if you take off the power steering pump drive belt, disconnect the PS hoses, and carefully plug all the open holes so no dirt gets in.
