Remove your ISCU (Idle Stabilizer Control Unit) located behind the right tail light. Open it and check if the power transistor ( small black device with 3 pins) seems overheated. You will have to replace it. It will be great if you could borrow from somebody else (expensive device). Your idle valve could be OK.

You can run without the idle stabilizer. It is usefull during the warming up and during idling when a load is applied to the engine (ex A/C unit running).
