Subject: power drop on freeway at 1/8 throttle

Perhaps I should clarify that last post. When I let off of the throttle my car slows down normally but then it does a bit of a reverse surge as I hold throttle there. Sort loss/pull back of engine power that comes and goes. I realize it sounded a bit like my westy slowed down when I let off the throttle.... my bus ain't that short ;)
