Hi all, So I believe my AC belt in my 1.9 WBX setup must be too loose because after a while it starts to wear a groove away in the coolant hose that runs in the middle of it... this hose is #10 on coolant hose charts on the vanagain.com pages, and runs from the h-pipe to the top of the waterpump. the belt doesn't squeal at all, but it must be too loose to be "slapping" that far down onto the hose. so now I need to figure out how to tighten that belt so it doesn't happen again, and then drain enough coolant so I can change the hose, and then refill/bleed. any help with the belt tightening procedure would be most appreciated. thanks!
