Another possiability is the level sensor that is inside the bottle.How has your tempature gage been reading lately? Has the place where the gage needle usually stays when warmed up and driving normally changed any? Once, my level sensor had cracked plastic probes where they go into the coolant.The gage needle read very different from normal.Perhaps this is the cause?I think it took a 1 and a quater inch socket to change this sensor. I just grabed the socket, by itself(no wrench),placed it on the sensor, and turned it out by hand. Check the Go Westy or Bus Depot web site for a coolant level sensor, and you can see what this sensor looks like.Roger |
