Brake pads are likely stuck or binding in the caliper mounts. Take a part and clean all rust-corrosion. Make sure pads can move freely where they slide. File if needed. Use brake grease to keep the slides from rusting again. Pads should have proper anti-squeal shims. Make sure caliper pistons move freely. At this age it is probably time for new calipers and hoses.
