Other than the fact that the oil burner usually ( in most applications) puts more torque to the ground, and most of the time gets better fuel economy. No advantage in this pocket bleeding market. The gas here is $2.29 the fuel is $2.59 The backwash is demanding higher prices. Petty good marketing concept. What really floored me is I went to a favorite discount store ready to procure a case of 20 / 50 Castrol GTX . Oil change time. I almost died when I saw the price. $2.00 per quart, case lot or not. One question. Where does one buy a "case of oil" today? I mean a real case. 24 cans or bottles?? When did someone determine the definition of a case of oil was 12 container's ?? Pop and beer is 24 per case, how come oil isn't ?? |
