While you have the idle stabilizer connected together, check your timing. I
have found that timing that is off in the 1.9 can cause the engine to run
as you describe.May want to try loosening up on the distributor screw and
just turning it to the right about 1/8 of an inch to tell if timing is
bad.This may help.Roger
