Sorry, it did come off a bit rough. I was somewhat at wit's end and what I'd meant as a simple query to get the process moved along more efficiently turned into something of a tantrum. Really, I've nothing against Bus Depot and all my other transactions with them have been smooth and painless. They did seem to be genuinely making an effort to fix the problem, but I was starting to feel like I was being helped at their convenience. I apologized in pmail to Ron for not thinking to email him with my concerns via the address he posts to the list through, but it genuinely didn't occur to me to look there for it. I did check the Bus Depot site before, but the only address on the entire site was the sales@ one that I'd been communicating through already. There's a web form for comments, but there's no indication that it goes to anyone in particular. Anyway, I'd argue that it DID help someone. The correct part is on its way to me TODAY and they have reassured me that I will be reimbursed for my return expenses. Also, it has been demonstrated that Ron Salmon cares about his customers and that one need only to email him directly if we have any problems. I am now a satisfied customer, and I apologize for my public freakout.
