He he he he..... i have been the so many time lately....there is a 50% chance with heat or welded bolt on the remaining stud....or the drilling/taping/helicoil.

My conclusion: if they don't come out with plenty of heat...they won't with a welded bolt also...drill and tap is the way to go....
