I have just removed my old sender. Even after soaking bolts for 4 days and gently trying to remove, 4 of them still managed to break. I tried searching archives but kept getting "Web site not responding message." Looking for info on how to remove broken studs. I am not sure if they will punch out or if the need to be drilled. Also any idea what kind of bolt they are, as they feel they are a flat headed bolt, and do they need an epoxy applied to the inside on new bolts??

Thanks for any info,
