I think a case against this statement can be made when you are talking about natural resources which are publicly owned to begin with. The greatest fraud in this "capitalist economy" is the PRIVATE OWNERSHIP of PUBLIC RESOURCES! The way they gave away THE PUBLIC'S radio spectrum, the way they sell THE PUBLIC'S forests, etc. my $0.02 worth, James in Houston (epicenter of BIG OIL)
