The S 717 is the base military sales code package.
Basically everything that was in ETKA MG 8 SG 60 ill 118-20 was included.
One of your missing m codes may actually be MG 8 SG 57 ill 117-20 seat belts
Another may be a special tail gate
Black locking handles donΉt appear to be in basic package for S 717
Was the DA2 installed?  That was an option also on the mil std.
