It is difficult to see the pilot light unless it is dark outside. As for what may be wrong-repair manuels say to use rubbing alcohol to clean the orifice.I never have been successful doing this by just soaking the chunk of metal. What has been suyuccessful 100%of the time is hooking a syringe (big enouge to make you faint)to the orifice with hose clamps and a hose. Inject alcohol through the orifice till yoou get tired of doing this.Works every time. Not only that , but this is the only repair that I have found the refrig to need anyway-ever(besides that stupid fan).I have had my frig out 20 times and have determined this the hard way. |
