How nice, someone who is open minded enough to change his views after reading the list!
Send us email from the road, once you're all hooked up!

:::Hi All,
:::I do believe you have me sold.
:::I see a good cell phone in my future.
:::Maybe I can hook up my lap top to boot!
:::After giving all of the posts thought, consideration and meditation,
:::And after thinking back to my 10 day to three week camps, often alone, in
:::the
:::forests,
:::I find that I believe the better condition of man,

:::At least I hope this is the case. 95% of folks I run into,
:::have always been willing and happy to help, share & be in the same space

:::This said, Yes there have been lonely times, all alone in the forest!
:::Many.
:::It is a hundred times better to share the experience with others!
:::I think this is why this list is so popular!
:::Not just the mechanical help.
:::The camaraderie, the worldwide brother/sisterhood.
:::And I'm happy to have been a part (although small) of it, for the past 7
:::or
:::so years!
:::Thanks to All of You !!!

:::Hi JC,
:::
:::It isn't always possible to talk to someone on a cellphone. it might be
:::late, or there might be a difference in time zones; or whatever. Email
:::might be less personal, but it has its uses... like sending pics, or
:::files or....
:::
:::Free wireless connections are cheaper than cellular. Flying J truck
:::stops offer wireless internet as well.
:::
:::Like Larry said, for some people the Vanagon *IS* home.
