Sometimes after adding rust loosening solvent like liquid wrench it helps to gently tap on the cast part of the caliper while applying pressure turning the bleeder. (I twisted all four bleeders off a 63 356 Porsche so don't be surprised if a rusty bleeder just breaks in spite of everything you could possibly do).
