I'll third that... I visited Quebec once for two days, and I once spent four months in Ottawa. Both great cities, but I wish the time spent in each had been reversed.

Of course, I visited Quebec in July, and I lived in Ottawa from January through April... so my opinions might be skewed somewhat by the weather...
