I phoned the seller and we talked for a long time.  Somebody will get a
great deal.  His asking price is about $8000 Canadian dollar.  I am sure, he
would talk on the price a little, but he is not hard for cash.
He has all the stuff that you would need to install it, without starting to
look for things to merry the two different engine and transmission.
He says that the car got to 110 mph in a hurry but did not want to go any
faster.
The engine is not corroded but it is not washed yet either.
Never driven in snow.  There is no snow in Victoria, BC.  He used his plane
mostly for long distances for his insurance business.  Now retired and has
the time and money to play.  The engine is in the hangar complete with all
the cables, accessories, ECU, etc.  Just like a vanagon engine, only six
cylinder.
The ultimate vanagon engine.
I wish, I had the dow to do it.

But one has to be careful too.  He had many speeding ticket with that car.
