Subject: adding an oven to a westy

i know, it's a crazy idea...

however, has anybody ever posted before about doing something like this??? OR, is there a way to fancy an oven out of cookware to place on the stove and heat frozen meals, etc...?

i've seen the microwave modification, but i'm not too into using microwaves.

i found this: http://www.rei.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&productId=47896100&parent_category_rn=4500474&vcat=REI_SEARCH

(referring to the link above ^^^^^) if the lower right cabinet was modified to accomodate it's size and the compartment was heat/fire proofed (is that possible?), could it be done? the LP source could come from the main tank by splicing into one of the stove lines. my PO already made a similar mod. for the use of a portable heater.

maybe i'm missing something - how do the rest of you cook things that need to be heated away from an open flame?

thanks for your help!!! dusty.
