> >My coolant leak is kind of stange. Coolant puddles around the coolant level sensor on the coolant pressure tank. My coolant pressure tank is two years old and I just replaced the coolant level sensor thinking that my old one was leaking. The coolant is still puddling aroung my new sensor after I leave the motor cool down. I cannot figure where it is comming from as today it was just siting right in top of the sensor and not in the little recess on the tank at all. Could it be comming out of the electical conection in the sensor? Thanks > >Pascal >'84 Westy Leak Solved! I got a replacement coolant level sensor free of charge from GoWesty and no more leak...so far...at least not from that location. So it looks like my previouse new sensor was defective and leaking from the wire connector. Pascal |
