The screws (headlight adjusters) are still available from VW. I picked up a couple at my local VW dealer recently, but I could just as easily have ordered them from the Bus Depot. I believe (for rectangular headlights) that there are 4 different screws. Two types for the hi-beams, two types for the main beams. There are adjustable and non-adjustable "screws". Unfortunately the names given in the ETKA aren't particularly clear as to which is what (and neither is the diagram). They cost about $4 a piece.
