Hi Kim, The corollary to that is "It doesn't *have* to be repaired properly to make it work". That sentiment has justified a lot of jury-rigging in my day.... And it kept me from being stranded more than a few times. The hard part is to remember to put things back to normal once you get home so they don't get worse.
