Y'know I've had my van for going on seven years, and I'm still wondering how they put the whole engine into the car through that tiny opening behind the licence plate.....

How about that the oil filler cap, when turned on the side and inserted between the hinges, works as a perfect wedge to hold the license plate door open... :-)

Also, if you use Redline oil for your transmission, save a bottle or two, and fill them up with engine oil of your choice. Then keep handy for topping up the engine oil as needed. The long neck of these bottles is perfect for pouring into the filler neck without spilling.
