What would be involved in converting a full westy to a weekender? Is this even doable? Obviously pull the fridge and stove, replace with a panel there. Two seat to three seat, add jump seats. Is this a reasonable conversion to do? How high on the difficulty scale, and how easy would it be to return to its original full westy state?

thanks in advance rob infante '87 syncro westy (which will be getting its windows detinted this weekend, if you are in my vicinity you'll know me by the ammonia stink)
