Well, pulling the fridge is easy. Pulling the cabinet the fridge and stove and sink are in, is a bit more work (the main difficulty is the propane lines, which I had to disconnect from below and pull, before I was able to pull the cabinet.)

The next cabinet over, is even more work and I didn't even try to do that one. Note that after removing the main cabinet you'd still have to make sure that the holes the in the floor are sealed, one so they don't let water in, and two so they don't rust.)

Frankly, I wouldn't go this route for a temporary, interchangable thing.
