Greetings all,


 


I saw a recent post of someone wanting off the list because of too many
emails.  This is understandable but some of like that many while some don't.
the solution I have been using for as long as I have been on the list is the
1) I use outlook (or some other mail program - not he web)  2) I then use
the "Rule Wizard" to filter all email (based on the sender: being
vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com which has to be in my contacts list for the rule
to work) into a separate folder away from my regular life's emails.  This
way I can read them sorted by subject at my leisure.
