I carry a plastic "Pastry Icing" bucket - same dia. but half as tall -
as a wallboard mud bucket - in the back of my van. I keep all my spare
fluids in this. The bucket prevents fluids from getting onto the
upholstery. Among other things in the bucket, I have ATF for the power
steering,  20 oz  coke bottle filled with coolant, and two oil bottles.
One old one with the narrow neck, and one of the new ones unopened. I
fill the small neck bottle, put the cap on and store it in the bucket.
The second bottle is a new bottle of oil, unopened, thus two quarts of
oil in the bucket. I do this because I find it cleaner and more
manageable to pour the oil from the small neck bottle, than working with
funnels, or special pouring spouts, etc. ALL of those things result in
oil draining and dripping, and somehow it always ends up in the upholstery.

Works for me.
