Finally, I got this stud out by welding a 13mm nut on the end of it and the heat was enough to let it turn. It is a long a large thread. Now I have asked Boston Bob to send me some replacements. I have checked the "archives" for the last six month and did not find any good write up within that period. There was one to suggest to heat the bolt for five minutes with a propane torch at the base. Anyway, it is out and I'm glad. Thanks for all who were concerned and tried to help.
