Hi Mike,

I have seen adhesive strips that attach to the tank and change color according to temperature. When a BBQ is operating the filled portion of the tank will be colder than the rest and the difference in color will be noticeable. If you could find a way to attach one of those to a westy tank it would help track your propane level. . Happy trails,
