Marshall Brass makes a fitting as named above. The kit comes with hoses to both use the on board tank to support a grill or camp stove and another hose that allows connecting a remote tank. Although it will fill the tank, it will supply the fridge and stove.

I'd like to refill my westy tank from from a BBQ tank. Are fittings readily available that would work for this?
