I own a 1985 Vanagon and want to upgrade to a 86-91 Vanagon.

I need to know: -What are the advantages of any year Vanagon 86-91 over the other years 86-91? -What changes are "nice to know/ no $ consequence" and what changes "will cost you over life of vehicle"....

Larry Georgia

PS. I'm a Vanagon devotee. I plan to own a Vanagon "forever".....THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
