My setup has a folded over seam at the top of the tarp that allows a bungee
cord to be threaded thru and attached to the corner braces of the top.  So,
it actually takes 3 bungees instead of 2

At  the bottom of http://www.benplace.com/westy_modification.htm there
is a description of how to use a tarp to keep rain off the front of the
raised poptop canvas. I have been studying the picture for a while and I
can't quite figure out how the tarp is attached at the upper end.

I just know it's going to be one of those "Doh!" moments. . . .
