Hi all,

The metal ring for the horn on the bottom of my steering wheel got mangled
yesterday so I'm trying to replace it with one from another steering wheel
I have.  Is the whole thing one plastic formed piece?  I can't find any
way to just replace just the ring.  Or maybe there's some trick to it?
