My pump is on the floor under the bottom cabinet... if yours is the same, check the hose that runs from the pump up to the faucet... mine sometimes gets pinched by a can or the lower shelf in the cabinet. Get down on your knees then stand on our head and un-pinch it. (head stand is sometimes optional ;^)
