Hi Vanagon people-

 Does anyone out there in Vanagonland have a mass
airflow sensor or MAF they will sell me for a
1993-1999 Jetta,Golf or
for the 2.0 engine? Mine is bad, you can see part
of the hot film circuit broken off.

Without this the engine will run on a backup
program, but without any power to drive, and it
runs rough and rich.I can't  get out of the
driveway.

My local junkyard wants $125.00 for a used one,
a guy on ebay is selling a new one for $78.00,
which is a great bargain,  but I'm so broke right
now until my 1970 Beetle sells on Ebay
I can't even afford $50.00.

I just spent all my saving for recovering my hard
drive data on my PC, and a lawyer to help me save
mom's house.

If you happen to see one in a junkyard up to
$50.00 will you please e-mail or call?

I'm not mobile as we speak and I don't want to
drive my uninsured '89 Bluestar Wolfsburg which
is also for sale.
