well the conversion is kinda different - they make the europeans pay so much more than the americans. thats also guess the reason why volkswagen is so hesitant to offer a model in the US, cause they get less for it. foe example the touareg v10 tdi starts in germany at 75000euro (thats 95000usd!!!) without extras. in the US you get it for 55000usd list. so i think the westy will rather be about 40000usd. and hey, thats less than what some people apparently pay for vanagon westies, if you look at the sold car page of gowesty...... florian |
