One of the most frustrating things about the clutch slave is trying to get it out! The nut and bolt nearest the engine is a project in and of itself. So, when I had my transmission out for the umpteenth time, I had a nut welded in place on the underside. When I went to reinstall the clutch slave, it took only a couple of minutes. If you have your transmission out for any reason, have someone tack-weld a nut under there for you. You will be glad you did. Warren Lail 88 Westy "Billy Bones" |
