RE: Driving with the LP on on the reefer.... For years I drove with the LP on and cooling the refrigerator, never had it blow out. Then I rolled the Westy. (I Don't recall if the frig was on or not). Remembering the smell of gas after the rollover and thinking about that, I now (in my replacement Westy) shut the gas off at the tank and run on the DC while driving. And oh yeah, NOTHING is loose in the van when on the road now. Look at where things end up in a rollover just once, and with virtually no forward speed at the time, and you'll do the same.
