I have a Catalina 2500 awning, and it is great. One of the things I really like about this awning is I don't have to have it staked to the ground, there are brackets for the poles on the van. Big issue when your dog is tied out there and gets wrapped around things. Also, it takes me less than 5 minutes to put it up- I don't think I've camped overnight without having it out since I got it. Just makes the van more cozy and substantial somehow. When it rains hard and is windy too, I can just have it rolled out a foot or two and drop it down so I can still have the window in the slider open. I don't remember what I paid for it, but I consider it one of my better investments.

Never regret. If it's good, it's wonderful. If it's bad, it's experience. Victoria Holt
