Subject: NVC: Eurovan sliding window replacement
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

Maybe some of you have experience with a Eurovan sliding window. My friend has a 93 weekender he just got. One of the sliding windows is only partly installed. It appears the glass is held in by rails at the top and bottom that have a 'U' shaped groove that fits over the edge of the glass and a similar groove opposite that which engages a thin rail in the window frame. the top one of these rails is not installed, but he has it. I suspect there is a procedure to remove the window glass that involves this rail in some way but I don't know. the top of the glass where this rail goes has some goo on it like there was adhesive involved. Any tips? Edward
